SCE FCU is looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidatedelivers exceptional internal service, works in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail, and contributes to team fun!
The HR Associate provides professional support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources. Supports the HR department in administrative functions that include, personnel records management, onboarding new hires, and other administrative tasks. Assists with team member communications such as pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions on HR policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and grievances, etc. Gathers information and prepares reports as necessary. Exposure to sensitive and/or highly confidential information is a normal part of the day-to-day experience.
A hybrid remote work option is available for this position. Some functions of the role must be performed onsite in Irwindale, CA. Working full-time onsite will be required while in training and the new hire orientation period.
