The Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for demand planners, management and executive staff
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities with data that highlights the trends, patterns, anomalies and demand changes
• Develop effective demand forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
• Create reports and facilitate the forecast review process with sales and BU
• Monitor and report on the customer order and supply changes and alert demand planners and management
• Monitor, propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and data integrity
• Develop dashboards for KPIs and alerts that prompt actions
• Review and improve analytics processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, business, supply chain or related field or > 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or business analyst position
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge and organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with MS Office and analytics software
• Semiconductor experience a strong plus
