The Opportunity

The Power Management Integrated Circuit team at Marvell is seeking talented individuals to work on demanding technical challenges with an outstanding group of collaborators in the industry. Join our team of experts and make a difference in an exciting career opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New silicon validation and third party solution characterization including system level testing (hands on testing)
  • Debug and resolve issues quickly working with design and packaging teams
  • Design evaluation schematics, board layout guidelines and work with HW teams on GUI developments
  • Partner with internal and external customers to address their critical concerns such as thermal performance, transient performance, solution area, reliability and cost

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of direct industry experience in design and development of high-performance Power Management and Analog/Mixed-Signal ICs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of high-performance, high-current, multi-phase switch-mode DC-DC converters including topologies, control methods, transient performance and tradeoffs
  • Extensive knowledge of market leaders in multi-phase high power SMPS solutions
  • Has contributed to new product developments through system-level power supply design, discrete component selection and competitive technical analysis
  • Extensive experience with direct customer support, including face-to-face customer visits, customer schematic and PCB review, and in-depth involvement with debug of customer solutions
  • Able to innovate to address customer's needs

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

121,660 - 182,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
