Job Responsibilities:

  • Definition of the lab workplace through creating a global lab guideline that will be utilized to overhaul our lab spaces.
  • Lab program management, including strategy, initiatives roadmap, R&Rs, governance, oversight, and stakeholder communication.
  • Define and communicate standards for the workplace, physical security, safety, information security, and global connectivity.
  • Work with engineering leads and lab managers to implement and enforce the agreed standards.
  • Define KPIs/metrics and dashboard for global lab operations to facilitate data-driven decision-making, including a global footprint dashboard.
  • Act as a single point of contact for design and setting up new labs, including gathering requirements and implementing as per the standards and best practices to meet business needs, including Facilities, Data Infrastructure, and Equipment.
  • Define a governance framework for labs and align with leadership and stakeholders on risks, mitigation plans, and progress of initiatives.
  • Optimize lab space and processes using Lean Methodologies.
  • Manage company Asset Inventory for labs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with 5+ years of overall experience in High Tech R&D Environment.
  • Candidate must be able and willing to execute in a multifaceted role, willing to collaborate with Engineering, Functional, and Business team members located in multiple sites globally.
  • Operational experience with electronics labs or manufacturing functional test maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving and reasoning skills to effectively deal with problems varying in complexity relative to job level.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
