Job Description
Assembly Specialist
Shift: Day Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities
• Work as part of a team assembling semiconductors under a microscope using a liquid dispensing system, die attach, wire bond, seal, and mark equipment
• Prepare materials for production use (i.e. staging, measuring, mixing, etc.)
• Perform visual inspections before, during, and after the assembly process
• Review and complete lot travelers to ensure assembly process is documented correctly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required
• 3 years minimum experience in manufacturing of small products under a microscope
• Basic computer skills (Windows environment and Microsoft Office Preferred)
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
• Good hand eye coordination, dexterity, and basic clean room proficiency
• Ability to monitor and assess self-performance
• Familiar with MIL-STD visual inspection criteria preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail and able to understand work related documents
• Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership
• Experience with small hand tools (i.e. tweezers)
• Highly motivated, hands on, cooperative, and positive attitude a must
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
