Senior Director of Product Management: (Belmont, CA)

Director/Sr Director, Product Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Build/partner, own, and drive the roadmap of the CCaaS AI initiative within RingCentral
• Scale the business to serve the needs of small and mid-market customers that require faster time to value at a competitive total cost of ownership through enhancements to self-service and easy to use platform features.
• Partner with the RingCentral product teams to bring to bear shared services that unify applications and deliver a seamless user experience
• Work with a cross functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers teams across RingCentral to bring the product vision to the market that are differentiated, cloud-native and more importantly solve/improve customer experience.
• Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and positive NPV projects.

Required Experiences & Skills

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, or any other related technical fields
• 10+ years of product management experience in a business SaaS product
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications/telephony systems
• Experience in standard Product Management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Atlassian is highly required.
• Detail oriented yet ability to see the big picture
• Bias for action - focus on getting things done in a highly matrixed organization
• Work in a geographically distributed / hybrid work environment culture

IIf you are hired in Belmont, the base salary for this position is between $169,000 and $213,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
