We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Client Relationship Management to join our Corporate Real Estate team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving site strategies aligned with business needs and fostering strong relationships across business units.

What You Can Expect

As the Senior Director of Client Relationship Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the Chief of Staff and key advisor to the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate (CRE), providing strategic guidance and support in executing CRE objectives.
  • Collaborating with senior executives from various Business Units (BUs) and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive site strategies that effectively address specific business needs and priorities.
  • Assisting BUs in identifying and prioritizing portfolio improvement opportunities in line with the overarching CRE portfolio plan.
  • Hosting quarterly business reviews (QBR) with BU senior executives, focusing on portfolio status, metrics, and providing updates on CRE initiatives.
  • Develop local, regional and global BU relationships to understand local operational requirements and broader business strategy.
  • Initiating partnerships with external change management entities to support company goals and CRE site strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with the CRE team to support transactions and project activities while advocating for BUs' interests.
  • Assist Workplace Services teams with planning assumptions.
  • Provide guidance for future space requirements to include capital and P&L estimate preparations working with CRE and Finance teams
  • Facilitating conflict resolution as necessary, ensuring smooth operations and alignment within the GRE framework.
  • Taking the lead in managing key service provider relationships for outsourcing initiatives, setting performance metrics (KPIs), and driving accountability.
  • Driving continuity, consistency, communication, and accountability across CRE's delivery platform, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record (minimum 8-10 years) in corporate real estate, client relationship management, or a relevant leadership role within a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong understanding of real estate portfolio management, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience in managing outsourcing initiatives and service provider relationships is highly desirable.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

173,910 - 260,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
