PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Develop ATE RF and characterization test solutions for highly integrated PA and LNA-based modules. The applicant will be responsible for test plan development and HW/SW implementation from device specifications. Test implementation will include package-level responsibilities during device development and mass production. The position requires a strong background in hardware and software development on ATE platforms. Experience in performing bench level measurements, correlation, and de-bug also required. Once in mass production, the position requires manufacturing improvement efforts to achieve test time reduction, test quality improvements, yield enhancement, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in EE, CS, Physics, CE or closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in developing Semiconductor ATE solutions, including C++ programming, in an ATE environment.
- Experience developing measurement techniques and capability from DC-6.0 GHz.
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with PCB design and layout preferred
- Excellent debug skills, communication and teamwork

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$110,600 -$210,600per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
