Associate Sales Representative

To provide sales support to the field sales staff

Support Regional VP, Area and Territory sales managers with daily sales activities.
Initiate contact with assigned customers to encourage better working relationships and positively
influence sales.
Conduct product in-services sessions, product repairs, as required.
Serve as liaison between Territory Sales Managers and Customer Support; assist in resolving customer
complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations
to management.
Monitor sales trends and evaluate sales performance for customer/dealer, area or region; study existing
and potential volume of dealers.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by seeking to improve product offerings of Permobil and
its subsidiaries.
May be assigned cross-functional tasks in order to broaden business acumen knowledge.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; college level education completion is preferred.
Will be expected to complete ATP on-line preparatory course and meet requirements to sit for ATP exam
3 or more years of experience working directly with internal order processing, procurement, logistics, product assembly, sales support or customer service
Strong understanding of Permobil systems, quote/order/shipping processes and product order forms.
Possess general knowledge of the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry, our dealers, clinicians and end-users.
Must demonstrate the ability to speak in front of groups using effective communication and presentation skills; possess excellent written skills.
Considered to be a contributing team member demonstrating excellent interpersonal abilities.
Ability to independently organize, coordinate, and complete projects.
Demonstrated analytical and technical skills preferred; ability to troubleshoot complicated electrical, hardware and software issues
Proficient computer skills (MS business applications, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
Receptive to personal development; eager to learn
Willing to travel extensively.
Open to relocation at the end of training


Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 annually
Vacation or PTO: During initial year of employment: Up to 80 hours of vacation, which will be prorated based upon start date. After initial year of employment, earn 136 vacation hours.
Sick Time: Following 90 days of employment, employees will have access to 48 hours of sick time, unless a greater amount is required by state or local law, which will renew each calendar year.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefit options beginning first day of employment.
Long Term Disability and Company Provided Life Insurance Policy for all employees
401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Permobil offers Safe Harbor matching, with immediate vesting.
Holidays: 10 paid company holidays per year.
