Your Team, Your Impact

This position is for a Sr. Program manager in Marvell's Cyber Security department, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Marvell's cyber security initiatives and programs. This role will involve leading a team of program & project managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, cyber security, and leadership, with a 10+ years of proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving results in complex environments.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead the development and execution of the cyber security program strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Manage a team of project managers responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber security projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, and business units, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Responsible for driving organizational change and transition management.
  • Act as a Chief-of-Staff for the CISO
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to cyber security projects and implement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of cyber security initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber security program management, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor project performance and progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and excellence within the cyber security program team and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cyber security, and incorporate relevant insights into program strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, with a focus on cyber security initiatives and projects.
  • Highly organized and focused on delivering risk reduction.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • PMP, SAFe, DAC, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results in complex environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

141,700 - 209,680, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
