Days & Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods. This is a remote position.
BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Associate Director of Enrollment Training & Admissions is to provide leadership, strategic enrollment training, and oversight of student recruitment efforts, admissions strategies, and new student success while responsible for directing staff efforts and managing on-going daily operations to meet enrollment initiatives. This position will also be responsible for upholding and maintaining a systematic set of business processes and department enrollment goals/metrics that enable the University to shape its enrollments focusing on student college choice, the transition to college, new student retention, and student outcomes.
The Associate Director of Enrollment Training & Admissions will work closely with internal and external partner marketing and operations departments to assist in outreach during market segment campaigns, increase effectiveness of various marketing channels, analyze, and evaluate the quality of student leads, maintain and implement new technologies into the enrollment process, and initiate change requests as needed in order to optimize enrollment processes and execute key deliverables. The AD also leverages data reporting tools to analyze and project new and continuing student enrollments, track relevant trends, and communicate findings with key partners.
