We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr HR Operations Analyst to join our HR Operations Americas team, reporting into the Global HR Operations Manager out of our Santa Clara, CA office.
As an Sr HR Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, new hires, and other key stakeholders to coordinate resources, conduct orientation sessions in person and address onboarding logistical needs. You will also facilitate connections between new employees and their managers, promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging within our company. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in effectively communicating our company's culture and policies. Additionally, you will be part of the Shared Service team, myHR providing support to employees, HRBPs, HR COEs and other functional colleagues across the organization.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
82,680 - 123,800, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
