Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Technology is seeking a highly skilled Staff Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Santa Clara, CA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our semiconductor supply chain operations. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing supply chain data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Your insights will enable us to optimize inventory management, improve supply planning, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

What You Can Expect

  • Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate supply chain performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis:Perform in-depth analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact operational performance.
  • Data-driven Transformation:Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
  • Performance Monitoring:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including inventory turns, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including supply chain, procurement, operations, and finance, to gather requirements, share insights, and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis:Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support business decision-making and address specific supply chain challenges or opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or a related role within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, or R. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles, including order management, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

75,470 - 113,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
