Marvell's Compute and Custom Solutions Business Unit develops cutting-edge semiconductor solutions in the most advanced technologies. Our focus is on solving the most difficult design problems in the areas of AI, wired and wireless communications, and other infrastructure applications. The CCS is looking for an experienced technical program manager to lead various product development efforts in leading-edge technologies.

What You Can Expect

An engineering Program Manager in CCS is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer-driven custom solutions. They lead the most complex, advanced projects in the industry and work with the largest players in the technology world. This is a high-visibility role requiring regular interaction with senior executives and technical leaders both internal to Marvell and at customers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Full program responsibility at all stages: Planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
  • Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.
  • Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
  • Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against plan.
  • Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels.
  • Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.

  • 7+ years in semiconductor industry program management role.

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent risk identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

139,800 - 206,900, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
