What You Can Expect

Marvell is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Customer Portfolio Manager. This position requires strong business acumen; ability to effectively communicate with customers, engineering teams, executive management and lead a team of Customer Portfolio Managers.

In this role you will:

• Act as focal point for assigned Compute and Custom Solutions (CCS) Organization's Strategic Customers and coordinate across customers' program portfolio.

• Work closely with a matrix organization and with multiple cross-functional teams to drive all deliverables to execution and success.

• Manage a small group of Customer Portfolio Managers responsible for managing multiple projects for designated strategic customers.

• Work closely with multiple development and validation teams to track, identify the risks and mitigate them, and drive all for best-in-class product delivery.

• Ensures problems are effectively escalated and crisis management activated, as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related engineering field; MSc/MA degree preferred
• 10+ years in an advanced management role
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent risks identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in SOC, SW, and HW Board complex activities management.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
