The National Distribution Manager is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and evolving distribution relationship management work with our largest, high impact and unique agency structures to support the company's standard line's operations. The role provides direct partner management at the corporate and local levels of these firms, business development support, ongoing communication, market insight, and problem solving. The focus of this role is to position Westfield Standard Line's Business Segments and Enabling Units for success across this important segment of agency partners. In addition to relationship management, the role is responsible for supporting process and governance to effectively manage our distribution partners. The role is focused on agency management for specified national partners including, networks, aggregators, large banks, and private equity relationships. The role provides input and direction for various parts of the Distribution Management team and provides ongoing collaboration and support for a variety of team members across our business and enabling segments.
