As Senior Global Payroll and Tax Analyst you will be responsible for successful completion of the weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and global payroll processes including validating the accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments for large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities and international countries. You will also support quarterly and annual payroll related filings. This role monitors federal, state and local regulations related to payroll and employment tax laws to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. As Senior Global Payroll and Tax Analyst you will bring a strong background in company tax, acquisitions, payroll processing, implementation, payroll configurations, payroll accounting and payroll systems. You Will:

  • Serve as a liaison and provide ongoing support for the People team and the implementation team for setup related matters throughout the implementation process.
  • Resources for alignment, design and acceptance of business processes.
  • Attend all project work sessions and project team meetings and share knowledge of client business processes and objectives.
  • Confirm process design decisions, validate software configuration decisions, approve design and specification documents.
  • Participate in testing activities and validate outcomes.
  • Validate integration and conversion data.
  • Provide validation for acceptance of solution.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure system requirements are met and integration of all system feeds are working efficiently.
  • Assist the implementation team with Oracle HCM setup and employee self-service implementation.
  • Create and maintain online project-tracking system and create and revise internal process documentation.
  • Assist in the integration of newly acquired technology for People team activities.
  • Train and support the People team on HCM processes.
  • Assist the Management and Team with special projects and/or new software implementation as needed.
  • Consistently Use your knowledge and skills to make appropriate recommendations to increase efficiency and enhance productivity.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Direct experience with global payroll processing handling multi-state and international payroll taxes.
  • 3+ years of experience working with large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Proven experience to lead change through periods of rapid growth.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables, V-Lookups, and formulas.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional leadership, and prioritization skills.
  • You are an effective negotiator and consensus builder - able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have knowledge of SOX controls.
  • Experience with UltiPro and Oracle software.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000-$120,000.
