Salesforce Inc. seeks ISV Business Development Partner Account Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Develop and revise business plans based on partner growth strategies, partner needs and partner challenges, coordinate with partners to prioritize and manage business activities, give recommendations for improvements, and pipeline review and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with technical and product team to provide product and technical support to partners. Leverage internal Salesforce cross-function teams to help partners with revenue growth and business review meetings with partners in order to align on partnership status, identify roadblocks and find solutions. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) conduct and assist in business case development with partners; (2) partner with executive leadership teams; (3) sell both bundling an application and deployment of a platform; (4) consultative sales solution skills; (5) articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement; and (6) solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar (two years). Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $123,635 to $147,720.
