Base Pay Range: $170,600.00 - $298,600.00 Annually

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The IT Director of Supply Chain Systems is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading planning, implementation, and management of enterprise resource planning (SAP) systems in the supply chain area and other critical information systems within the global organization. This position requires a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SAP ERP, business process optimization, and information systems management in global environments. The Director will play a meaningful role in leading digital transformations, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring flawless integration and functionality of SAP systems and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of SAP Supply Chain areas including governance and evolving the global SAP solution, Master Data Management, Planning, and Procurement systems
  • Develop and deliver the organization's supply chain strategy to align with business objectives and growth plans
  • Collaborate with business leadership and internal teams to define the technical IT applications roadmap, define projects, and lead execution within planned budgets
  • Lead selection, build, customization, and deployment of application solutions to meet business process requirements
  • Streamline and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency and identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Develop data management strategies to facilitate seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications and databases
  • Collaborate with vendors to keep abreast of new and future features and improvements
  • Prioritize projects and initiatives based on strategic importance and business impact
  • Lead and mentor the IT team and build a healthy and balanced work environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to executive leadership on strategies and key projects and initiatives, including achievements and challenges
  • Lead budget and cost optimization

Knowledge And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) and validated experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on ERP systems and applications management
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP, as well as related supply chain solutions (WMS, Planning Solutions, etc.); experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and Ariba B&I or Coupa is critical
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning (Supply and Production Planning, Planning Master Data, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning) and indirect procurement is important
  • Experience leading global supply chain solutions in the areas of digital transformations and process optimizations
  • Proficient in data management, integration, and analytics
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and trends

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 14 years of experience OR
  • Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience
