HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Digital Systems Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our IT systems. This role supports the Information Technology Manager by maintaining system integrations, managing vendor relationships, and providing comprehensive IT support to our staff. The Systems Administrator I works with leadership and various internal stakeholders to define and maintain the design of ETR's CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and productivity systems, as well as the integrations between these systems. This is a remote position and can work from anywhere within the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with a preference for those experienced in CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant systems administration tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing the configuration in Salesforce.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing the configuration of an ERP system, NetSuite preferred.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, ideally on projects related to ERP, CRM, and ECP systems.
  • Experience with PayPal/credit card processor integrations.
  • Experience with Avatax or similar sales tax e-commerce integrations.
  • Experience in systems administration and defining, prioritizing, and developing solutions for business functions.
  • Experience managing internal and external resources and vendor relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent skills in organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across platforms: Cloud, MACOS and Windows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Location: Remote - United States

Starting Pay Range: $76,200-$93,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,200 to $84,700 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
