Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving organizational success? Raymond West, a leader in providing end-to-end warehouse solutions, is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team in Lathrop, CA.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit with Raymond West.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate assessment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to recruitment regulations.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $66,560 - $75,000. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
