Acara Solutions has a Direct Hire Rework Technician role in Fremont, CA.
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in the PCB Assembly industry (EMS).
In this role, successful candidates will be skilled in solder rework skills including fine pitch SMT components.
Qualified candidates will be IPC A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 certified. The pay range from $25.00 -$30.00 per hour
depending on experience.
REWORK TECHNICIAN responsibilities include:
  • Skilled in solder rework skills, including fine pitch and low profile (QFN, BGA/LGA) SMT components
  • Working with tools such as a microscope, heat gun, and rework station
  • Organizing and prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires 5+ years of experience with a strong background in PCBA rework
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to present
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese or Korean
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Regular Shift Hours: 6 am- 3 pm or 7 am-5 pm/ overtime may be required
  • Direct Hire role
