Air Liquide Electronics innovative electronic materials respond to increasingly challenging customer demands for improved mobility, connectivity, computing power and energy consumption. We offer ultra pure carrier gases, a wide range of specialty gases and advanced precursor molecules, enabling equipment for safe distribution, purification and on-line purity control. On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes.

The Engineering Services group (EG) is a focused group within the larger Air Liquide Electronics (ALE) organization that specializes in providing project development and estimation, design services and project and construction management for carrier gas, specialty gas and chemical systems. Team members are chemical and mechanical engineers, project development and implementation managers, and construction support specialists who work closely to meet the high expectations of Electronics customers. The core focus of this group is growing Air Liquide's customer base in the U.S. Electronics industry through turnkey project design, installation and management. The expertise of this team is enhanced with licensed Professional Engineers and PMP certified project managers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Develop and execute complex capital projects at ALEUS' Specialty Materials Center in Morrisville, PA to satisfy the requirements of high profile, and technically demanding Semiconductor Industry Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, and safely execute assigned capital projects to project baselines.

  • Manage project definition, development, budgeting, funding, design, and procurement.

  • Collaborate with the Owner Representative to plan systems testing and plant commissioning.

  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Vendors to complete project installation and testing.

  • Produce turnover documentation to Operations.

  • Coordinate Design Reviews and Risk Assessments and drive project risk mitigation.

  • Create & present monthly project status reports and chair monthly project steering team meetings.

  • Collaborate with Operations to integrate projects into existing operations.

  • Ensure completion of all project deliverables and safely transition projects to the Facility Manager.

  • Represent Air Liquide to local code officials and coordinate construction permits and inspections.

  • Ensure all project-related OSHA-PSM and EPA-RMP requirements are identified and satisfied.

  • Manage relationships with Customers, vendors, and project resources to streamline project delivery.

  • Champion, plan, and implement customer change orders and project scope changes.

  • Conduct Lessons Learned activities to identify project program opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage Stakeholder involvement to satisfaction.

  • BS Engineering Degree

  • 5-10 Years Project Mgt. Experience or or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certification Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Team Leadership Ability.

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Demonstrated Safety Focus and Safety Leadership.

  • Experience With Electronic Specialty Gas (ESG), Carrier Gas (CG), Wet Chemical Systems Is A Plus.

  • Experience In A PSM/RMP Environment Is A Plus.

The Salary rate range for this position in Pennsylvania is $130,000.00 to $140,000.00
