We are hiring for a Sr. Sourcing Partner that will lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for Talent Acquisition with focused efforts on military, as well as general passive candidate and diversity sourcing strategies. The Sr. Sourcing Partner will partner with the Talent Acquisition Partners in sourcing talent for open requisitions as well as build talent pipelines and a repository of sourcing resources for future staffing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and leading passive candidate sourcing strategies, including military and diversity strategies, to proactively assess talent needs across all functional disciplines and identify, locate and engage talent pools to support the company's recruitment objectives.
  • Provide operations leadership for the Enterprise Sourcing team, including collaboration, communication, feedback, training and development. Ensure the delivery of candidate pipelines and program initiatives through sourcing and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build and maintain strong, aligned relationships to support creative, competitive sourcing strategies. Utilizes influencing skills to educate and advise the organization of differentiated and innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success and own the business case.
  • Track and report accurate weekly recruitment results.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to talent acquisition partners around competition and market conditions.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two - four years of progressive strategic sourcing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, persuasion, execution and time management skills.
  • Strong Project management skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong business, product and customer knowledge.
  • Sourcing experience supporting Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Preferred.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
