Reporting to: Bill Schulze - VP, Partnerships & Alliances
Location: US - Region flexible but should be near major JLL offices; such as, Chicago, NYC, Dallas, San Francisco, LA, or Atlanta
About JLLT Partnerships & Alliances:
We are an in-bound, deal-making business development and sales group who initiate and oversee the most important and critical 3rd party relationships for Client Growth and Value in JLL Work Dynamics. We are a team at service to the Client Growth & Tech commercial organization as wel as the product teams within Work Dynamics Technology Group (WDTG). We plan, develop, and hunt for new revenue-generating opportunities by engaging with key partners for the purposes of exploring product, channel, and commercial arrangements. We leverage the products and services of 3rd party partners with which we have commercial relationships including the solution offerings from the start-up companies invested in through the JLL Spark Fund along with those created by the WDTG product organization.

The Job:
This is a business development, deal-making and strategic partnership position that requires growth leadership. You must be a proven and keen negotiator with years of applied experience working with legal, procurement, and senior management interactions. You will need to interface with multiple stakeholders within the larger JLL eco-system as well as external clients. This is not a job for the faint-hearted. The role requires sharp intellect, sound knowledge and an engaging personality aligned with the JLLT core values. We take our values seriously and would expect nothing less from you.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Lead, negotiate, and close material 3rd party commercial agreements.
Develop go-to-market account plans and partnership programs for an assigned set of named targeted Alliance Partners.
Demonstrate command and insight into all products and solutions offered by JLL and be able to match offerings to partner capabilities.
Participate in and/or lead strategic alliance conversations with partners that can and should result in opportunities to jointly develop and take cutting edge technology products to market.
Liaise with partner organizations of other relevant technology companies across key markets and identify opportunities to create programs that solve for clearly identifiable opportunities for the real estate eco-system.
Be a spokesperson for our vision; conveying expertise, passion, and authority.
Present to key executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
This is a revenue role. Success will be clearly articulated, measured and owned.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development and/or sales management.
Excellent technical acumen; with in-depth knowledge of IT, products, and SaaS systems.
Experience working on complex projects with cross functional collaboration in the technology sector.
Strong familiarity with the commercial real estate industry and have 4+ years of experience in key areas within commercial real estate, such as - property management; capital planning; occupancy planning; leasing and administration; and/or data and business intelligence.
You have a startup growth mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment but have the polish necessary to interface with senior management at large technology companies.
You have a clear track record of closing complex enterprise deals from beginning to end; understand commercial legal and financial concepts related to technology applied to commercial real estate.
You can effectively measure your activities and impact they have on influencing deals closing.
